We are looking for webmaster(s), editor(s), content member(s) to manage this site, on profit sharing basis.

Profit Sharing and other benefits for Webmaster(s)

The webmaster will have to put in a lot of efforts during this time and make a very good base for the site. However, there may not be any profit to share in the beginning for reasons including:

1. We are offering several prizes to the members. 
2. We are offering good cash credits for articles posted by members. 
3. The profit at the end of the year is shared among the core team. 
4. Payment for staff and other expenses
5. So, there will not be much profit to share with the webmaster during the first year. 

Earnings and other benefits for Editor(s) and Content member(s)

Editor(s) will be paid as per our editing policies, detailing bellow in the tasks. Time-to-time we will offer many prizes, gifts and other benefits to our editors. Content member(s) will be paid as per their assigned tasks and if they will show much interest then they will be paid accordingly.

Tasks and responsibilities

Webmaster is responsible for day to day functioning of the site and is expected to visit the site several times a day and nurture it. We are expecting webmaster to take a quick look at the site atleast 3 times a day, on an 8 hour interval, in addition to spending couple of hours a day for responding to members, selecting winners, encouraging members etc.

During the initial stages, the webmaster may have to do a lot of work including editing the content, selecting winners, sending gifts to members etc. There is a major task promoting sites, we will guide how to promote the site on the web. Once the site becomes popular, we can have editors/employees to do all these work.

Editor(s) is/are responsible to edit their respective section. Its their duty to make neat and clean assigned section. To avoid spams and setting rules they will contact our Admins. We are looking their contributions for editing atleast 20-25 articles in a day. Which is apart from their own contribution to the site.

Content member(s) is/are not the normal members of the site. They are respresentatives of mynangal.com. Tasks and responsibility of these members will be assigned separately and they will be trained accordingly.

Qualification & Criteria

Here are the basic requirement we are looking for all above, the person should be capable of leading the site to success. If you have that qualification, you are on board!

These are the general criteria we will be looking to judge if the person is capable of leading the site to success:

1. Good attitude - it is the foundation, without that no one can be a successful leader.
2. Good English writing skills - We want all announcements and communication by the webmaster to be very professional.
3. Good interpersonal skills to deal with different kinds of members
4. Enthusiastic about the work and role as a webmaster
5. Vision - Should have a vision for the site and should know where we are going.
6. Search engine skills - the success of any site depends on how many people visit the site. Good content is of no use if no one read it. Optimizing each and every post in the site to be search engine friendly plays a key role in attracting traffic to the site.
7. Should function in an orderly and purposeful manner
8. Resident of Nangal Dam will give the preference.
